Write for the ear
Use direct sentences and punctuation that gives the voice room to breathe. Read the script aloud before generating it.
Choose a voice for the subject
A calm instructional clip and a fast social post need different energy. Choose a character whose tone supports the message instead of competing with it.
Review pronunciation and emphasis
Listen for names, abbreviations and words that can be read two ways. Fix the script rather than relying on a strange pronunciation in the final export.
Disclose synthetic audio when it matters
If viewers could reasonably mistake the voice for a real person, explain that it is generated. Use voices and likenesses only with the rights and permissions you have.
